General Terms and Conditions

1. Validity for companies and definition of terms

  1. The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the most up-to-date version at the time of order. 
     

  2. Customers can be both companies and consumers. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which largely cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities (Section 13 of BGB). An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally responsible unincorporated firm who acts commercially or independently at the time of conclusion of a legal transaction (Section 14 BGB).

2. Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

  1. The following terms on concluding a contract apply to orders made via our online shop -mauip900.ld-systems.com-.

  3. The goods shown in our online shop are not a legally binding offer on our part; they are merely a non-binding request to the consumer to order goods. When the consumer orders the desired goods, they enter into a legally binding contract.
     

  4. When an order is placed in our online shop, the following terms apply: the consumer enters into a binding contract by successfully completing the order procedure in our online shop.

    The order is placed in the following steps:
    1)    Selecting desired goods.
    2)    Confirmation by clicking on "Add to cart". 
    3)    Checking the items/quantities in the basket.
    4)    Pressing the button "Checkout". 
    5)    Entering all relevant recipient details for purchase & dispatch.
    6)    Confirming type of delivery.
    7)    Checking and making any necessary changes to the data and clicking "Place order" to submit a binding order.

    We will send out an automatically generated email shortly after receiving the order ("order confirmation"). This constitutes our acceptance of your offer. 

     

  5. You can view the terms and conditions at any time at https://mauip900.ld-systems.com/terms-conditions. For security reasons, your order data is no longer available over the internet. 
     

3. Prices, delivery costs, payment, deadlines

  1. The prices given include VAT and other price components. Delivery is free of charge.
     

  2. The consumer can pay by prepayment, PayPal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard).
     

  3. If the consumer selects prepayment, they agree to pay the purchase price immediately after purchase. No goods will be sent until payment has been received.

4. Delivery

  1. Our standard delivery period is one week irrespective of the country or region. The delivery deadline is 14 days after purchase.
     

  2. If we are unable to meet binding delivery periods due to reasons for which we are not responsible (non-availability of a service), we shall immediately inform the buyer of such under provision of information about the expected new delivery period. If the service is still not available within the new delivery period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract, either in full or in part; we shall immediately refund any payment already made by the buyer.
     

  3. When a prepayment is made, the delivery period begins when the payment arrives into our bank. For all other payment types, the period begins on the day after purchase. If the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline ends on the next working day.
     

  4. The risk of accidental loss or accidental impairment shall only be transferred to the entrepreneur upon delivery or when the item has been handed over to the buyer.

5. Retention of title

We retain title of the goods until the payment has been made in full.

6. Right of withdrawal for the customer as consumer

Consumers have a right of withdrawal to the following extent, provided the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose which largely cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities:

Right of withdrawal

If the customer is a consumer (§ 13 BGB), they have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancellation is fourteen days from the day that the customer or a third party named by them, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.


In order to meet this deadline for cancellation, it is sufficient for the customer to submit a with-drawal declaration before the deadline for cancellation has passed.

a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or email sent by post) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. 

 

Consequences of revocation 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will promptly reimburse you for all payments we have received from you within 14 days of us receiving notification that you wish to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same payment method that you selected for the original transaction unless we expressly made other arrangements with you. You will never be charged for this reimbursement. 


We may refuse to reimburse you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with proof that you have returned the goods, depending on which occurs first. 


You must promptly return or deliver the goods to us and always within 14 days of days of us receiving notification that you wish to withdraw from this contract. The deadline will be deemed met if you send the goods back before the deadline of 14 days has passed. 
You will need to cover the costs for returning the goods.


The currently applicable version of the Adam Hall GmbH terms and conditions shall also apply.
